Facebook Ads

Facebook ads are paid advertisements that appear on Facebook — in the Feed, Stories, Reels, Marketplace, video, and search results — created through Meta Ads Manager and usually running alongside Instagram ads.

Facebook advertising works through an auction. You choose a campaign objective, define an audience and budget, and provide creative; every time an ad slot is available, Meta weighs your bid, the estimated likelihood that the person will take your desired action, and the ad's quality to decide which ad shows. That means relevant, engaging ads can win at a lower cost.

Facebook remains one of the most powerful channels for reaching local and national audiences, especially adults over 25, and for lead generation through Instant Forms and messaging. Today, most Facebook campaigns also run on Instagram, Messenger, and Audience Network through Advantage+ placements.

Example

A local insurance agency runs Facebook lead ads to homeowners within 30 miles, collecting quote requests through an Instant Form.

How Sloss Digital uses it

We build Facebook campaigns on the right objective, solid Conversions API tracking, and a steady creative pipeline — the three levers that matter most in Meta's auction.
