Google Ads

Google Ads is Google's online advertising platform, where businesses bid to show ads on Google Search, YouTube, Gmail, Google Maps, Google Play, Discover, and millions of partner websites and apps.

Google Ads runs on an auction that happens every time an ad could be shown. Advertisers choose campaign types — Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, Display, Video, Shopping, App, and others — set budgets and bid strategies, and supply ads. Google then uses Ad Rank, which combines bids with ad quality and expected impact, to decide which ads show and in what order.

Because Google reaches people while they're actively searching, it's the highest-intent advertising channel available, and its AI-driven bidding can optimize toward leads, sales, and revenue. Results depend on account structure, conversion tracking, creative, and landing pages — which is why expert management makes a measurable difference.

Example

A Huntsville HVAC company runs Search ads for urgent repair keywords, Local Services Ads for verified leads, and a Performance Max campaign to reach homeowners across YouTube and Maps.
